in case you are referring to the Dividend calendar, then yes, all dividends are shown as gross. The reason for that is that for future dividends, that are not paid yet, parqet does not know about the exchange rate, taxes, … and so on. The same counts for dividends from the past that were paid by stocks that you do not own. Therefore the dividend calendar always shows gross values.

If you refer to the dividend dashboard, then the already paid values should be shown as net (when specified in your settings), while the forecast is shown as gross (for the same reason as the dividend calendar).
