Allreal operationally stronger, half-year profit down due to lower revaluations
Allreal reports a net profit of CHF 105.6 million for H1 2026 (-9.6%), weighed mainly by a revaluation effect roughly 42% lower at CHF 40.8 million. Excluding revaluations, net profit is CHF 75.6 million (+20.8%) and EBIT excluding revaluations rises 14.3% to CHF 108.8 million. Rental income fell slightly to CHF 102.6 million, the vacancy rate was 3.6%, and sales gains (including small residential properties in Geneva/Basel) contributed CHF 15.7 million. Allreal receives building permit for residential project in Zürich-Altstetten
Allreal has received approval to build a new residential property at Badenerstrasse 501–505 in Zürich-Altstetten. On the 1,700 m² site, 65 rental apartments and commercial space are planned. The existing building will be replaced by a climate-friendly new development due to its age and condition. Completion is scheduled for 2029 according to the plan. » More on finanzen.net
