Allreal reports a net profit of CHF 105.6 million for H1 2026 (-9.6%), weighed mainly by a revaluation effect roughly 42% lower at CHF 40.8 million. Allreal has received approval to build a new residential property at Badenerstrasse 501–505 in Zürich-Altstetten. On the 1,700 m² site, 65 rental apartments and commercial space are planned.
