Americas Uranium acquires 100% of the property for USD 100,000 in cash and C$2,000,000 in common shares, with 90% of the share payment staged over 36 months. Royalties of 1.5% on net proceeds and 1.5% net smelter returns apply and can be reduced to 1.0% for a payment of C$400,000.
