Ballard Power has completed the acquisition of UK hydrogen specialist GeoPura. The transaction values GeoPura at an upfront consideration of £275.0 million, consisting of £82.5 million in cash, 49,584,212 newly issued Ballard shares and RSUs that will convert into a further 1,084,540 shares; former GeoPura shareholders will hold pro forma around 14.1% of the common shares.
