Concentrix acquires CastleHill to strengthen risk management
Concentrix has acquired CastleHill Managed Risk Solutions to expand its offerings in governance, risk and compliance (GRC), third‑party risk management and AI governance. CastleHill operates a GRC-as-a-Service model and serves clients in banking, financial services, manufacturing and other regulated industries, and has partnerships with vendors such as Archer, ProcessUnity and OneTrust. Concentrix cuts guidance and stock falls 21.5% premarket
Concentrix slightly missed expectations in the second fiscal quarter with adjusted EPS of $2.63 (consensus $2.64) and revenue of $2.46 billion (consensus $2.47 billion). Management lowered the full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $10.83–11.18 (previously $11.48–12.07; consensus about $11.71) and reduced the revenue outlook to $9.93–10.03 billion.
