After Sandra Main's retirement, Estée Lauder creates the role of Global President, Luxury Beauty Brands, and appoints Justin Boxford, who will be responsible for brands such as La Mer, Estée Lauder, AERIN, Darphin Paris and Lab Series. Estée Lauder reports fiscal 2026 organic sales growth, margin expansion and raises fiscal 2027 guidance
Estée Lauder delivered fiscal 2026 organic net sales growth of 3% (reported sales +5%), expanded operating margin by 320 basis points and grew diluted EPS 66%. The company recorded $823 million of restructuring charges under its Profit Recovery and Growth Plan but generated $1.8 billion of operating cash flow and finished with $3.5 billion cash on hand. Management said Beauty Reimagined drove faster innovation, broad-based brand and regional gains (notably Mainland China and online) and set fiscal 2027 targets of 3%–5% organic net sales growth, 12.7%–13.5% operating margin and diluted EPS of $3.10–$3.35.
