Evotec cooperates with Plectonic Biotech on T-cell engagers, shares fall to multi-year low

Evotec has started a research collaboration with Plectonic Biotech to investigate a new immunotherapy approach and the combination of the BiTco platform with LOGIBODY technology for the treatment of solid tumors. Evotec cuts guidance after weak half-year and strengthens restructuring with convertible bond

Evotec confirms disappointing half-year figures and reduced forecast

Evotec published final H1 figures that match the preliminary July numbers: half-year revenue €300.1m, adjusted group EBITDA -€42.7m. The full-year outlook remains €570–610m in revenue and an EBITDA of -€70m to -€105m. Half-year revenue is 19.2% below the prior year, and the biologics business contracted 29.3% due to Sandoz effects.
