Alito’s 2025 financial disclosure shows $175,000–$545,000 in investments tied to oil, gas and energy companies and a mineral interest in Oklahoma valued at $100,001–$250,000 that pays royalties from fossil fuel extraction. The disclosures renew scrutiny over potential conflicts as the court weighs whether climate-related claims can proceed in state court. » More on forbes.com
