PagerDuty beats Q2 forecasts, ARR over $500m – shares fall after-hours
PagerDuty reported adjusted EPS of $0.32 and revenue of $124.4 million for Q2, slightly beating consensus expectations. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) rose to $501 million and the non-GAAP operating margin reached 24%, while the company finished GAAP-profitable for the fifth consecutive quarter. The stock rose in regular trading but fell after-hours as revenue growth was only moderate. PagerDuty appoints Alkami CEO Alex Shootman to its board
PagerDuty has appointed Alex Shootman, currently CEO and a board member of Alkami, to its board of directors effective immediately. PagerDuty expands Australia distribution and names Ingram Micro exclusive distributor
PagerDuty has appointed Ingram Micro as its exclusive authorized distributor in Australia. Ingram Micro will integrate the PagerDuty Operations Cloud into its product portfolio and cloud marketplaces to expand the vendor’s sales presence in the region.
