Stabilus cuts forecast for 2025/26 and shares fall sharply

Stabilus has reduced its sales forecast for the fiscal year ending in September to around €1.15 billion and now expects an adjusted EBIT margin of about 10 percent at the lower end of the previous range. The group now sees adjusted free cash flow at roughly €90 million. In the third quarter sales and adjusted EBIT fell slightly, but the period result rose to €51.4 million after one-off effects from the sale of subsidiaries.
