McGlade and Sir James Waterlow as directors for the upcoming annual general meeting. Baillie Gifford US Growth Trust has appointed Elizabeth Flockhart, with effect from 1 November 2025, as a non-executive member of the board of directors. Flockhart brings more than 20 years of experience in fund management and investment oversight, including at Martin Currie, Standard Life and Aberdeen, where she was global head of oversight.
