Aston Martin has agreed a £550 million debt financing package, consisting of a £450 million senior secured loan and a £100 million delayed draw term loan. The financing carries a rate of 6.75% over SONIA and runs to July 2031; lead lenders are funds managed by HPS Investment Partners. The company can additionally raise up to £100 million of subordinated debt; gross proceeds were used to repay revolving facilities and cover transaction costs.
