EHang carried out the first public flight of its unmanned eVTOL EH216-S at Hong Kong Cyberport as part of the government project “Low-Altitude Economy Regulatory Sandbox X.” The aircraft demonstrated vertical takeoff and landing, low-altitude flights and hover maneuvers along preprogrammed routes; government officials attended the demonstration.
