IDT said its higher-margin units National Retail Solutions, BOSS Money and net2phone now account for about one-third of revenue and two-thirds of gross profit, with those segments posting 17% revenue growth year over year. net2phone reached profitability with a record 17% adjusted EBITDA margin and subscription revenue up 12% sequentially, but IDT will postpone a spin-off until the business achieves greater scale and capital markets are more favorable.
