Total growth was 26%, while customers on annual contracts over $50,000 increased by 36%; large customer segments above $500,000 and $1 million are growing particularly quickly. Klaviyo has appointed Erica Smith as its new chief financial officer effective September 1, 2026; the stock responded on Monday with a rise of about 2.4%.
