SCREEN Holdings raises revenue forecast for 2026 after weak Q1

SCREEN reported a weak first quarter in its SPE business but attributed the decline to timing effects in customer projects. Management raised the full-year revenue forecast to ¥743 billion, which would be a record if achieved. The company expects wafer fab equipment market growth of over 20% in 2026 and is targeting SPE revenue of ¥360 billion in the second half with SPE margins around 27.4%.
