Synairgen shareholders vote 99.95% in favour of voluntary liquidation
Synairgen shareholders at a general meeting approved a special resolution for voluntary liquidation; 965,052,834 votes were cast in favour and 510,853 against. Mark Smith and Jonathan Bass of Menzies LLP were appointed joint liquidators of Synairgen and its subsidiary Synairgen Research. The liquidators are granted the powers under the Insolvency Act 1986 to realise and distribute the company’s assets and will be remunerated on a time-cost basis.
