Aroundtown completes share buyback program of €250 million

Aroundtown has completed its 2026 buyback program, acquiring 98,440,122 treasury shares for a total of €250 million plus incidental costs. The purchases were made from 26 January 2026 until today at a weighted average price of €2.5396 per share and correspond to 6.4% of the share capital. Aroundtown confirms outlook after stable first half

Aroundtown reports nearly stable rental income of €591m for the first half (like-for-like +2.7%) and adjusted EBITDA of €500m. FFO1 fell 4% to €144m (€0.13 per share); profit after tax dropped to €218m from €578m a year earlier, mainly due to a portfolio revaluation.
