Eco Wave Power and AI engineering develop digital twin for wave energy

Eco Wave Power is partnering with AI engineering to develop a digital twin platform for wave energy technology. The platform combines physics-based simulations (PAMICS) with real wave and sensor data to model float behavior, structural loads and theoretical energy yields. Machine learning models are intended to predict energy yields and system loads and make the digital twin adaptable to different project sites. Israel launches 6-million-NIS grant program for marine energy, Eco Wave Power in focus

The Israeli Energy Ministry and the Innovation Authority have announced a 6-million-NIS (about 2 million USD) grant program for wave energy, offshore energy systems, AI-supported management and related technologies. Eco Wave Power operates a grid-connected wave power plant in the port of Jaffa that feeds electricity into the national grid and has been recognized by the Energy Ministry as a breakthrough technology.
