Nano-X Imaging misses Q2 2026 revenue forecast — shares plunge sharply premarket

Nano-X Imaging reported Q2 2026 revenue of $4.2 million, well below the consensus forecast of $5.54 million. GAAP net loss widened to $55.5 million, mainly due to a $40.7 million impairment. The stock fell about 19% in premarket trading and was trading near its 52-week low; cash on hand at quarter-end stood at $31.4 million. Nanox closes distribution agreement with Associated X‑Ray for New England

Nanox announced that its US subsidiary Nanox Impact has signed a distribution agreement with Associated X‑Ray Imaging for the New England region. Associated X‑Ray will market, distribute and provide support for the FDA-cleared Nanox.ARC system, using its regional presence and service infrastructure. Nano-X Imaging places registered direct placement of about $8 million

Nano-X Imaging has agreed to sell 8,000,000 common shares plus warrants for up to 8,000,000 additional shares at a combined price of $1.00 per share with accompanying warrant. The warrants have an exercise price of $1.15, become exercisable after six months and expire after five years. Expected gross proceeds are about $8 million before fees; the proceeds are intended for working capital and general corporate purposes.
