Secoo Receives Additional Delinquency Letter from Nasdaq Regarding Late Filing of Periodic Report on Form 6-K

BEIJING, Jan. 10, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Secoo Holding Limited (“Secoo” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: SECO) today announced that on January 5, 2024, it received an additional delinquency letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”), notifying the Company that (i) the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq's continued listing requirements set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) due to the Company's failure to file its Form 6-K containing an interim balance sheet and income statement as of the end of its second quarter ended June 30, 2023, which serves as an additional basis for delisting the Company's securities from Nasdaq, and (ii) the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) will consider this matter in rendering a determination regarding the Company's continued listing on Nasdaq. Secoo Receives Delisting Notice from Nasdaq and Plans to Request Hearing

BEIJING, Nov. 17, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Secoo Holding Limited (“Secoo” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: SECO) today announced that on November 14, 2023, it received a Staff Delisting Determination (the “Staff Determination”) from the Listing Qualifications Staff of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”), which notified the Company that the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff has initiated a process to delist the Company's American Depositary Shares (the “ADSs”) from Nasdaq. The Staff Determination will not immediately result in the suspension of trading or delisting of the Company's ADSs, and the Nasdaq Listing Rules provide a procedure for the Company to appeal the Staff Determination to a Nasdaq Hearings Panel and seek a stay of suspension pending the outcome of the hearing, as described below. » Mehr auf globenewswire.com
