Actinium shows strong preclinical efficacy of ATNM-400 in NSCLC models

Actinium presented preclinical data on ATNM-400, an Actinium-225–linked radioconjugate for non‑small cell lung cancer, at the Society of Nuclear Medicine annual meeting. In KRAS‑mutant models, ATNM-400 as monotherapy outperformed the KRAS inhibitors sotorasib and adagrasib and enhanced their tumor‑cell killing when combined. In EGFR‑mutant models, ATNM-400 achieved 75% tumor growth inhibition versus 40% for osimertinib; the combination produced complete tumor regressions in all treated mice. Actinium presents preclinical data on ATNM-400 and Actimab‑A at AACR on April 21

Actinium will present posters with unpublished preclinical data on April 21 at the AACR annual meeting for ATNM-400 (an Ac‑225 radioconjugate for solid tumors) and Actimab‑A (a therapy for AML/MDS).
