arGEN-X achieves strong revenue growth with Vyvgart, misses operating profit expectations

arGEN-X halts phase-III study of Efgartigimod Sc after negative interim analysis

arGEN-X has discontinued the advanced phase-III study of Efgartigimod Sc for the treatment of Sjögren’s syndrome after an interim analysis showed the main study endpoint could not be reached. The share price fell sharply at times, dropping about 9 percent in Tradegate trading to roughly €750. The company currently generates almost all of its revenue from Efgartigimod Alfa for myasthenia gravis and is seeking additional growth sources.
