Atmos Energy announced a public offering of $700 million principal amount of senior notes with a 4.750% coupon due 2032; expected net proceeds are approximately $693.9 million. The offering was arranged under an S-3 registered prospectus with J.P. Morgan, Mizuho and Wells Fargo as joint bookrunners and is expected to close later this week subject to customary conditions.
