Avalo Therapeutics converts preferred stock and amends executive contracts

Avalo Therapeutics converted Series C preferred shares into newly created Series C-1 shares, enabling one investor to increase its economic ownership limit from 4.99% to 9.99%; C-1 shares are convertible into common stock under certain restrictions and largely deprive holders of voting rights.
