Baltic Classifieds Group has appointed Sean Glithero with immediate effect as an independent non-executive director. Glithero will join the audit, nomination and remuneration committee and will take over as chair of the audit committee from Kristel Volver on 1 January 2027; Volver will remain a member. Glithero previously held senior finance roles at UK-listed companies including Auto Trader Group and Funding Circle and is a qualified accountant. The Baltic Classifieds Group will change the trading currency of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange from pence sterling to euro cents; the change is to take effect in early September 2026. The company says the move aligns the trading currency with its reporting currency because revenues, earnings, cash flows and the balance sheet are already recorded in euros. The listing on the London Stock Exchange and membership of the FTSE 250 remain unchanged, and shareholders do not need to take any action.
