Basic-Fit confirms for 2025 revenue of around €1.415 billion and adjusted EBITDA after rents of about €344 million, both within prior guidance ranges. For 2026 the company forecasts revenue between €1.64 and €1.69 billion (up to +19%) and adjusted EBITDA after rents of €405 to €445 million. Basic-Fit reports strong membership growth and highlights annual forecast

Basic-Fit recorded robust membership growth in Q3 2025 with 218,000 new members and opened 78 new clubs, bringing the total to 1,653. Revenue for the first nine months rose 60% to €1.034 billion and the share price gained 2.82% following the figures. The company confirms its full-year revenue guidance of €1.375–1.425 billion, plans a €40 million share buyback program and aims to reduce net leverage to below 2x by 2026.
