Bilfinger lowers 2026 forecast sharply: EBITA expectation falls by 45 percent

Bilfinger has significantly cut its 2026 forecast and now expects revenue of €5.3–5.7 billion and an EBITA margin of 3.2–3.6% (previously 5.8–6.2%). Based on the new ranges, the midpoint EBITA expectation falls from €339m to €187m, a decline of around 45%.
