BTC Digital has finished construction of a 10‑megawatt crypto‑mining facility in Georgia. After the power connection is completed and final preparations are made, mining rigs are expected to be brought online within roughly two months; the planned configuration would enable a theoretical hash rate of up to 900,000 TH/s. Actual capacity will be scaled up gradually depending on the power connection, the models deployed, energy efficiency and market conditions. If the warrants are fully exercised for cash, they could bring in up to about $21 million additional. Proceeds will finance the first construction phase of an 8‑MW AI data center in Georgia (liquid cooling, power, equipment upgrades, operating team); part of the capacity is expected to be operational in about six months.
