CapitaLand Investment reports a 14% increase in total PATMI for H1 2026, a 20% rise in fee revenue and a 13% increase in operating results, marking the strongest profit growth in five years. The real estate investment business saw revenue fall 24% after the sale of the US platform Synergy, while fundraising rose 50% to SGD 3.7 billion. CapitaLand Investment has signed an agreement with the government of Maharashtra to invest about 192 billion rupees ($2.19 billion) in commercial parks, data centers and logistics and industrial parks in Mumbai and Pune by 2030.
