CI&T and Ford completed the expansion of the Wings platform for spare parts and warehouse management across South America, finishing the project two months earlier than planned thanks to AI support. The solution was adapted to the tax regulations of nine warehouses; CI&T provided three dedicated teams for development and support and migrated a legacy system with more than 550,000 lines of code.
