CNX Resources places $500 million senior notes

CNX Resources completed a private placement of $500 million of senior notes due 2034 with a 5.875% coupon. The new notes are guaranteed by certain subsidiaries and were offered to qualified institutional buyers and non‑U.S. investors. Net proceeds are intended to be used to repurchase outstanding senior notes due 2029 under a related tender offer; the revolving credit facility will be accessed if needed.
