Cana Laboratories has signed a five-year contract manufacturing agreement with Viofar for around 2.5 million units of the cholesterol drug ROSARTIA (rosuvastatin), with annual production of about 500,000 units in various dosages. The order increases Cana’s cumulative contract manufacturing backlog from over 25 million to more than 27.5 million units and expands the production portfolio to include cardiovascular medicines.
