Deutsche Konsum: FFO rises significantly, FFO per share much lower due to dilution

Deutsche Konsum Real Estate: Daniel Löhken appointed CEO, Dr. Kai Gregor Klinger named supervisory board chairman

The supervisory board of Deutsche Konsum Real Estate has appointed Daniel Löhken, effective 1 July 2026, as a member of the management board and as chairman of the management board/CEO for three years. Kyrill Turchaninov will leave the management board as planned on 31 July 2026; Löhken will relinquish his supervisory board mandate on 30 June 2026. Deutsche Konsum Real Estate: restructuring boosts FFO and lowers interest expense

For H1 2025/26, Deutsche Konsum Real Estate reports an increase in funds from operations (FFO) of around EUR 5 million, while rental income fell due to strategic asset sales. Interest expenses were reduced by EUR 5 million and total financial liabilities were cut by EUR 132 million, of which EUR 119 million resulted from a debt-to-equity swap; the loan-to-value ratio stands at 41.1%.
