Dow mulls exit from $20‑billion joint venture with Saudi Aramco

According to Bloomberg, Dow is considering selling its stake in the $20‑billion chemical joint venture Sadara Chemical Co., where it most recently held 35%. The move is part of a portfolio restructuring amid the ongoing downturn in the chemicals industry. Dow posts strong Q2 results, stock falls premarket

Dow reported adjusted EPS of $1.44 for Q2 (consensus ~1.25) and revenue of $12.09 billion with operating EBIT of $1.6 billion.
