Fabege reports mixed FY25 results, vacancy rate rises to 14%

Fabege recorded slightly higher gross rental income for fiscal year 2025 (SEK 3,480m) and a 5.7% increase in property management income, as well as an EPRA earnings per share of SEK 4.11. The company raises the dividend by 10% to SEK 2.20 and reports improvements in its residential property business. At the same time, like-for-like gross rents fell by 3.2%, the vacancy rate rose by 200 basis points to 14%, and like-for-like assets declined by 1.6%, reducing EPRA NTA per share by 2.4%.
