Flow Traders starts 2026 with strong profit and record trading capital

Flow Traders reports a net profit of €50.4m for Q1 2026 (EPS €1.15) and record trading capital of €1,092m, up 36% year on year. Net trading income was €155.9m, EBITDA €72.2m and ROAE 23%. Flow Traders beats Q4 expectations thanks to strong European business

Flow Traders reports Q4 EBITDA of €49.2m, 9% above consensus, and net trading income of €123.8m, 7% ahead of expectations. The driver was the European business with a revenue yield of 3.2 basis points (expected 2.7), while the US and Asia missed estimates. Fixed costs were €52.4m in the quarter, in line with forecasts; earnings per share were €0.81 (+14% vs. expectation). Flow Traders reports a solid Q4 2026 with a net trading result of €123.8m and an annual net profit of €133.6m, EPS €3.07. Revenue in the fourth quarter was €121m, EBITDA €49.2m (full-year EBITDA €198.9m, margin 41%). The company secured a private credit facility of $200m and plans further investments in deep learning, tokenized shares and prediction markets; operating cost guidance for 2026 is €220–230m.
