Gestamp boosts profitability despite revenue decline — shares fall

Gestamp reported revenue of €8.486bn for the first nine months of 2025 (‑4.9%) with an improved EBITDA margin of 11.0% (+38 basis points). Net profit fell 18% to €104m; free cash flow improved to ‑€64m; net debt declined to €2.107bn (leverage 1.6x).
