GFL Environmental has acquired Frontier Waste Solutions, a waste services company with 24 locations, over 650 vehicles and nearly 1,000 employees in Texas. Frontier CEO John Gustafson and other shareholders reinvested $100 million of the proceeds into GFL shares; Gustafson and the management team will remain as employees and shareholders.
