Post-transaction Shahar still holds 3,881,688 shares (direct stake valued at $161.36 million) plus 882,600 vested but unexercised derivative securities. Global-e has completed the acquisition of US logistics firm Passport for $350 million, financed roughly half in cash and half in Global-e shares. Additional contingent payments of up to $75 million are tied to Passport’s 2026 results. The acquisition adds standard shipping, an asset-light multi-carrier network and returns solutions to Global-e; Passport will remain as a brand and its founder Alex Yancher has joined the executive team.
