GRAMMER posts significantly higher operating result in second quarter 2026

Preliminary figures: GRAMMER reports an operating EBIT of around €23.4 million for Q2 2026 (Q2 2025: €11.7 million) on group revenue of about €499.5 million (Q2 2025: €466.3 million). The operating EBIT was adjusted for positive currency effects of approximately €2.3 million. For the first six months of 2026, operating EBIT is around €41.7 million (+17.2% versus H1 2025). GRAMMER reports declining operating EBIT and revenue in Q1 2026

GRAMMER recorded a preliminary operating EBIT of around €18.3 million in the first quarter of 2026 (Q1 2025: €23.9 million) with an operating EBIT margin of 4.0%. Group revenue fell to about €462.0 million (Q1 2025: €487.4 million), weighed down mainly by declining sales and results in AMERICAS and APAC, notably in the margin-strong automotive business in China and in commercial vehicles. Operating EBIT was adjusted for positive currency effects of roughly €4.8 million. GRAMMER surpasses 2025 guidance — operating EBIT well above prior year

GRAMMER reports preliminary group sales for 2025 of EUR 1.82 billion and an operating EBIT of EUR 75.1 million (prior year: EUR 41.6 million), well above its previous guidance of around EUR 60 million. The main driver was the fourth quarter, with operating EBIT of about EUR 25.1 million (prior year: EUR 3.6 million), while Q4 sales amounted to EUR 434.3 million (Q4 2024: EUR 449.7 million). Improvements in the EMEA region from restructuring and efficiency measures, as well as customer contributions, were key to the result.
