H&R Block reported Q3 revenue of $2.4 billion (+5.3%) and adjusted EPS of $6.02 (+11.9%), and raised fiscal 2026 guidance to revenue $3.91–3.92 billion and adjusted EPS $5.10–5.20. Management said assisted tax-prep market share stabilized, aided by a 2.1% rise in assisted volume and a 3.9% increase in net average charge.
