Helia achieved a statutory NPAT of AUD 100m and an adjusted NPAT of AUD 106.3m in the first half of 2026, supported by very low credit losses and operating expenses reduced by 16%. New business volume fell 44% to AUD 61.6m following the loss of the Commonwealth Bank, while the existing portfolio remained solid. Management signalled tight revenue guidance of AUD 330–360m for 2026, announced a regular interim and a special dividend, and unveiled a share buyback of up to AUD 75m. The management board of Heliad, with the supervisory board’s approval, has decided to terminate the inclusion of the shares in the Freiverkehr (Basic Board); trading is expected to be suspended on September 24, 2026. Major shareholder GfBk intends to make a voluntary public tender offer to purchase up to 750,000 shares at EUR 14.25 each; the acceptance period is expected to run approximately from July 6 to July 24, 2026. Heliad has completed the rights issue approved on 14 November 2025 and placed 601,503 new shares at EUR 13.30 each. As a result, share capital increases from EUR 841,265.00 to EUR 9,011,768.00; gross proceeds are expected to amount to EUR 7,999,989.90, subject to registration in the commercial register.
