Huber+Suhner posts record order intake in H1 2026, stock falls on margin pressure
Huber+Suhner reported a record order intake of CHF 548m and an order backlog of CHF 517m for the first half of 2026, while net sales rose to CHF 457m. The EBIT margin fell to 9.0% and free cash flow was strained by high investments in the production ramp-up for optical connectivity. Huber+Suhner acquires test systems specialist Ingun
Huber+Suhner is acquiring Ingun Prüfmittelbau and Ingun International along with their subsidiaries to expand its test and measurement business. Ingun, based in Konstanz, employs more than 400 people and generated revenues in the high double-digit millions in 2025. The company complements Huber+Suhner’s offering with test samples, test fixtures and accessories for printed circuit boards, electrical devices, connectors and batteries. Closing of the acquisition is expected, subject to customary conditions, by the end of the third quarter of 2026; afterwards Ingun will be operated as a business unit within the Industries segment. » Mere på finanzen.net
