Inchcape has increased its ongoing share buyback programme by £75 million from £175 million to £250 million. Inchcape reported 1% organic revenue growth in Q4 2025 to £9.1bn and adjusted earnings per share of £0.808 (+13%). Adjusted pre-tax profit rose 3% to £443m, the operating margin was 6.2% and free cash flow was £315m. The company announced a £175m share buyback programme but shares fell about 8.8% as investors expressed skepticism about regional risks and growth prospects.
