IGC Pharma completes sale of Vancouver assets for US$2.7 million

IGC Pharma said its subsidiary Holi Hemp has completed the sale of equipment, inventory and related operating assets at the Vancouver site to Wellness Essentials Northwest for an agreed fair value of about US$2.7 million. All closing conditions were satisfied and the transaction was completed as announced. IGC Pharma subsidiary sells assets to Wellness Essentials for around $2.7 million

IGC Pharma said its wholly owned subsidiary Holi Hemp (HH Processors) has entered into an agreement to sell equipment, inventory and a turnkey facility to Wellness Essentials Northwest. The transaction is valued at about $2.7 million, subject to a valuation review and customary closing conditions. Wellness Essentials will take over the operating business, including staff, utilities and lease obligations, and will receive a preferred supply arrangement with Holi Hemp; if the buyer sells the business within five years, Holi Hemp will receive 10% of the net proceeds.
