Lightspeed integrates ShipStation to unify fulfillment
Lightspeed has launched an integration with shipping and logistics platform ShipStation that brings shipping capabilities into Lightspeed’s POS and e-commerce platforms. Merchants can exchange orders across channels, automate shipping decisions and fulfill online orders from store inventory so locations can act as fulfillment centers. Lightspeed integrates Meta Conversions API to measure in-store ad effectiveness
Lightspeed announced an integration between its point-of-sale platform and the Meta Conversions API that enables automatic synchronization of product catalogs and secure transmission of transaction data to Meta. Merchants can thus track the impact of social-media advertising on in-store sales and return on ad spend without needing an online store. CEO Dax Dasilva emphasized that the solution gives brick-and-mortar retailers access to attribution and advertising analytics, and the announcement provides a positive signal ahead of the release of fiscal Q1 2027 results on July 30. Lightspeed connects POS to Meta Conversions API and improves offline attribution
Lightspeed has launched the integration "Lightspeed with Meta Conversions API for Lightspeed Retail," which links point-of-sale transactions and offline product catalogs directly to Meta's advertising platform. The solution lets brick-and-mortar and omnichannel retailers send in-store sales as conversion signals to Meta, automatically sync product catalogs and optimize campaigns for actual in-store purchases.
