Masco has appointed Yaron Ben David effective immediately as chief technology and AI officer; he will report to CEO Jon Nudi and join the executive leadership team. At Deutsche Bank’s industry summit, Masco presented a plan for steady growth, margin expansion and disciplined capital allocation, despite the renovation and remodeling business having contracted for four years. Through 2028 the company targets 3–4% organic growth, an adjusted operating margin of at least 18% and average EPS growth of 10%; for 2026 it expects low-single-digit revenue growth. Margin expansion is to be driven by price adjustments, cost control, operational improvements and investments in digital marketing, sales capacity and revenue growth management.
