Mexco Energy: shareholders approve revised stock incentive plan and elect five directors

At the shareholders’ meeting on September 8, 2026, Mexco Energy shareholders approved the amended and restated 2019 employee stock incentive plan and a non-binding advisory resolution on executive compensation. Five directors were elected for terms expiring at the 2027 annual meeting; the votes showed generally strong yes support for individual candidates. Weaver and Tidwell was also confirmed as the independent auditing firm for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.
