Mikron records decline in sales and profit in first half

Mikron reports for H1 2026 net sales of CHF 180.5m (-5.9% or -3.5% currency-adjusted) and a group profit of CHF 13.8m (-24%). Order intake fell by around 39% to CHF 134.5m, and the order backlog stood at CHF 232.3m (-16% versus end-2025). Operating profit (EBIT) decreased by just over 25% to CHF 16.1m, and the EBIT margin fell to 8.9% (previously 11.3%). Mikron reports declining sales in Automation and Machining, an increase in the Tool segment (+12.6%), is expanding its presence in India and plans a new US tool production site; the outlook for 2026 (net sales CHF 340–380m, EBIT margin 7–10%) remains unchanged. » Mere på finanzen.net

Mikron pays CHF 0.60 dividend for 2025, payout rises 20%

At the annual general meeting on 15.04.2026, Mikron approved a dividend of CHF 0.60 per share for 2025; a total of CHF 8.32m will be distributed, an increase of 20% versus the previous year. The share price is adjusted on the ex-dividend date; the dividend yield for 2025 is 2.94% (previous year 3.47%). Over the past three years the share price on SIX SX has risen 45.53%, and total return including dividends is 127.91%.
